If there's an ampersand -- either on its own or in the form of & -- the conversion drops all characters from that point forward and returns the image in Arial font.

I tried stacking <h3> tags with the same contents to see what was causing it, and the first tag exhibited the above behavior, while the second wasn't processed at all (i.e. was rendered in the default font).

Here's what the tags were:

<h3>&lsquo;30-Weight&rsquo; Utility Olive Oil &amp; Line Lube</h3>
-or-
<h3>&lsquo;30-Weight&rsquo; Utility Olive Oil & Line Lube</h3>

Note that the &lsquo; and &rsquo; were processed correctly.
